The Key to Being Comfortable and Stylish

In today's day and age, everything is about comfort and style; at least we try to make it that way. We are always looking for the best thing to wear that is also comfortable. Yet we want to look our best. Whether we have an abundance of dresses for numerous occasions, from clubwear to wedding wear, or a beautiful suit; nobody wants to be feeling like a stuffed sausage. We all want beautiful but comfortable.
This may seem like an impossible feat. How can you possibly look incredibly gorgeous while at the same time be extremely comfortable? The answer is easier than you might think. For one thing, nobody said you have to squeeze yourself into an exquisite, yet expensive and uncomfortable dress to look beautiful. Exorbitant prices and being uncomfortable don't mean beautiful. This is a common misconception in today's day and age.

So what can we do to be comfortable yet beautiful? It is all about the material of your clothing. If you want to buy spandex and the like, go ahead, but you may not be very comfortable. The best idea when looking for clothes, especially just your casual wardrobe, is to go with light and comfortable materials. This means that your weekday wardrobe should be made up of mostly cotton and materials like this. You would be surprised, but most clothing, and not just your standard t-shirt, is made from cotton and materials like this. You have so many options to choose from, and they are not only drab styles; there are such cute and fashionable options available for your casual wear.

Then there is the issue of fancy wear. What would be comfortable that you can wear as evening or clubwear? Well for one, there are an abundance of dresses to be found all around you. It is just a matter of finding the right ones for you. For one, again, is the material. Stay away from very tight, clingy, and itchy materials. You would not believe how many dresses can be found that are comfortable yet stylish. Look for more light and airy styles. You can find things about it that will dress it up. Look for beads and embroidery in the dress. This will help retract from the material. The more lace and ruffles on the dress as well can help make a simple dress look stunning. Besides, simple in itself is beautiful. You can also always dress up your dress with a little help from jewelry and accessories.

Being beautiful does not have to mean being uncomfortable; a common misconception 40 and 50 years ago. Gone are the days of "It hurts to be beautiful" or "Beauty hurts"; and in is ushered an era filled with simple beauty and comfort. It takes a lot less effort than you think to make your wardrobe stylish and comfortable. I think we can all agree that this is a welcome way to live our lives; almost the way birds feel when the fly free. Don't be a slave to your itchy wardrobe; let it wash over you in waves of comfort and you are sure to feel beautiful.
